Excel cannot open AC VBA Reference

I'm working on VBA code located in Excel 2003 with AutoCAD commands (2004). The AutoCAD 2004 Type Library is referenced in the Excel VBE. If I open an Excel VBE and RMC on any AutoCAD Method/Property/Object, I get a blank MS VB Help GUI. If I open an AutoCAD VBE and do the same thing, the "AutoCAD Active X and VBA Reference" GUI is displayed. I believe this used to work from Excel (prior to Office 03?). Any ideas appreciated, Don

Just create a shortcut to acad_dev.chm and launch it when you need it??? -- ___________________________ Mike Tuersley CADalyst's AutoCAD Clinic Rand IMAGINiT Technologies

No sweat! Kind of a silly answer - I was hoping to see someone else post a better idea. Mike -- ___________________________ Mike Tuersley CADalyst's AutoCAD Clinic Rand IMAGINiT Technologies

You may have the wrong library referenced. Acad comes with several. Open the avaide in acad and note what files are referened there.
