dvb and Autocad versions

Hi,
I created a dvb file using autocad 2008 and it works fine. Some of our designers are still using autocad 2005. when loading this file to autocad 2005 it gives me error message. First one unspecified error and then out of memory.
Please advice

Take a look in VBEditor at Tools->References and change
reference to AutoCAD library to your current version,
this must be appears with word "MISSED"

It is already showing Autocad 2005 runtime lib. and there is nothing is showing as missed.

Some time I have an unspecified error
when I use newest version of any additional controls
on form, check that too
Say, CommonDialog control or another one
