CONVERT A TEXT O MULTITEXT IN A POLYLINE

I need to convert a text or a multitext into a polyline.
Some one say me to export like a wmf and then import it in my drawing,but
the insert is a block and when i explode this block don't have the original
scale and have also a polyline on extent of drawing.
.

Insert in the upper left corner with a scale factor of 2.0, explode
it, and erase the extents border.
