Bending 3DSolid with VBA/COM

Hi all,

I am using C#/AutoCAD 2013.

I need to create 3DSolid in shape of Acanthus leaf (see photo). I can extrude region, but then it is flat

but I need it bend at the top (or at any point).

Any ideas welcome. Thank you!
