I have made an alternative 'Open Drawing' dialog that browses a drawing
library database and added menu option and toolbar button to start this
dialog.
When AutoCAD is set up as an MDI application and no documents/drawings are
open, all custom menus and toolbars are hidden. Is there any way to add
toolbar buttons or menu options to be shown when there are no drawing open?
