A Couple Custom Linetype Questions

Question 1: I'm just getting into creating custom linetypes. I have two linetypes that I copied and pasted from a consultant's drawing as it will be useful for us. The linetype is showing in my drawing like it should. My question is, if I want to see the code looks like for this linetype or if I want to copy and paste it into my custom *.lin file, how do I get to it?

Question 2: I created a linetype for a temporary construction easement as follows.

*TEMPCONSTEASEMENT,--------TCE--------TCE--------TCE-------TCE
A,.8,-.2,["TCE",STANDARD,S=0.09,R=0.0,X=-0.15,Y=-.05],-.2

I have that linetype in my drawing but realized after I went over to my paperspace drawing, I would need to make some revisions for it to come out correctly on plot. I went back to the drawing and as I made changes, I reloaded the linetype and then regenerated. The changes showed up and the line looks great in the model space drawings. However, when I go to my paperspace drawing and reload the xref, the changes do not show up. I've attached the model space view to this post.

Here is the linetype in the Paperspace drawing. I've checked the LTSCALE on both model and paper space and it's set to 1.0 on both. I prefer to leave those at their defaults. Any ideas?

Okay so I tried that and it did change but now it's way small. See attached. I want the text size to be roughly 1/2 of what my text size is in my dimensions. Any other suggestions?
