a 3D VBA programing book?

I have Joe Sutphin AutoCAD 2004 VBA programmer's reference book,
witch explains only basic staff about 3D solids, does any one know other more detailed similar book?.

i believe that most everything you can do with vba is covered in that book.
i think you would have to resort to objectarx to gain any further
functionality on 3d solids.

Thank you for your valuable information.I see that AutoCAD has only VBA and AutoLisp Editor, so where to make my first ARX program?
