48 (Error in Loading DLL)

Hi All
I am using VB 6.

When I install AutoCAD 2002 My VB Program is not work in AutoCAD 2000 and
2002.

Something problem in registry. Path of axauto15.tlb and Dll. I change
registry. After that it work in AutoCAD 2000 but when i open AutoCAD 2002
again same error. 48 Error in Loading DLL

Is there any solution for it?

Please help me.
