Vault ThinClient 2022 preview of images (BMP, PNG, JPG)
Please add missing funcionality to Vault TC 2022. It was working in previous versions of old Vault TC. Preview of images (BMP, PNG, JPG) still working in 2022 of Thic Client application.
This is not been added to the 2023.1 Update. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and repaired the Vault Server components and cleared my browsers (both Chrome and Edge) and you still cannot view TIFF files which are actually more common than the initial request of JPG, BMP, or PNG.
I would agree with Mark_Flayler. We are unable to view .tiff files in any online viewer. They do not use the browser snap-ins and instead stay within the Vault Viewer window. The only option is to download each file to your PC and open it from there. Are there any plans to correct this going forward?
