Template Controls Date Format

We work in multiple regions that use different date formats. We also push a lot of tasks through the job processor, and the date format for the machine hosting it is pushed to several locations (revision tables, title blocks, etc.). It would be if the templates could override this. That way, users could pick the template that best suits their region instead of being forced into one they don't necessarily want.

I'm sure like a lot of business's that operate globally there are regional differences such as date formats that really a Vault PDM type system should be able to support. We see this covered on Vault client but currently lacks when considering the service functions performed by job processors. Currently as our job processors update our documents revision table based on the job processors pc date format settings, which is an issue depending on which regional location the end user is based. Being able to control the date format from the initial drawing templates used would allow us to create drawings in the right format for each region.
