It would be very helpful if there was a way to attach a temporary note to a particular file/ITEM inside Vault. As part of my day to day role, we are regularly reviewing filing, naming, deletion of records - often we contact the design team to confirm the action needed. If there was a sticky note system it would allow other administrators to see what had been checked and who had been consulted.
