Preview/Thumbnail for common files

There should be a priview-like the prview in the Windows explorer-for common files like:

*PDF

*PowerPoint

*Word

*pictures

...

There should be at least a thumbnail of the file's first page. The best variant would be preview where the user can scroll through!

Vault should be able to display a thumbnail of photos or images (especially JPG).

It would be great to have a preview within vault to navigate faster through pictures.

Tif, jpg, docx, xlsx, dwg files, all these function already to super as preview pictures in the Vault. Which we need now still urgently, is a solution for preview pictures of the pdf files. Only the symbol is a bad preview and an also difficult use. To pdf files the Xref files must be provided contained for designs, so that the colleagues, who come only over the Thin Client to the data, can see also complete designs.

Still one continues to improve?

there ist aktual a posibility to display the pdf or DXF in the preview tap!

Aou have to acitvate the viewer in the Vault options:

Extras --> Optionen --> Dokumentvorschau

                  -->Activate the viewer there!

To be more precise, I was asking for a way to display thumbnails(not preview) for pdf and dxf files.

It should by possible to configure another previewer - Navisworks Freedom or 3-rd party for Vault Explorer and Thin client.
