Please allow right-click on an assembly and click "New Label..."
We have several "products" in one "product line" folder. Many products use mostly the same components as each other--maybe only the main body and a few parts are different.
We'd rather not have an endless nested tree folder structure (hint...filepath character limit)--especially if only one assembly in each folder.
I recently wanted to only put a label on one product (i.e. one top-level assembly...and obviously all its subassemblies and parts).
FYI, my workaround was to create a temporary subfolder in Vault, drag that 1 top-level assembly product into this subfolder, and Label the subfolder; then drag assembly back and delete the folder.
Now I realize this would be more complex if I wanted to Label all the DWFx's, PDF's of drawings, etc. related to everything; although if I happened to link all the PDF's to their parent drawings, I think it would work.
Another thing I noticed is that it did not Label CC nor Library parts, which I'm guessing was the programmed design intent, but seems to me that should still be optional.
