After a reboot or crash the image below occurs sometimes. It is easy to manually correct if you know what happened but most users don't notice it. This happened to me today and I saw it hundreds of times at my previous enterprise level employer. I got a support call almost every 2 weeks stating "my files folders are gone". I would call this "annoyance" class bug.
EASY SOLUTION: Please define the minimum height of the Files/Folders Pane so you always see at least 1 file/folder.
