For example, I'm changing the state of 100 files from WIP > Released.
50 of the 100 files have a problem which prevents them from going to Released.
What Vault does currently, when you attempt to state change these 100 files, it tells you about 1 file having a problem and then stops. You go fix that 1 file, then try changing the state again of the 100 files. Then it tells you about the next one. And so on. So you end up having 50 attempts at Releasing 100 files, which is horrendously slow.
Can you not just list the 50 files up front instead of stopping and listing the first problem? List the 50 files, I'll go fix them, then I don't have to go through a frustrating laborious exercise each time I have a problematic data set.
This goes for all other areas of Vault where this happens, like Item state changes.
