When checking out a file from Inventor while using Vault Pro, the check out dialog is not visible, and checks out all children by default. This is a huge issue in offices where multiple people are working with the same dataset as the person work on the file in the highest tree checks out the rest of the tree by default.
A few releases ago (I think due mostly to my complaining about it), control of the child switch was exposed in the Vault options. This gives the user control over whether they check out children or not, but it is buried in the Vault Options - so there are many clicks to adjust it.
Please bring back the Check Out dialog so we can adjust it on the fly. I believe this dialog still exists in Vanilla Vault.
