Check out consistency

Please make Check Out behave consistently across all environments.

I know different users prefer different settings, but I also know that almost nobody likes inconsistency, because of the chaos it creates.

When I check out a file in Inventor, I am asked whether I want to sync the properties with Vault.

But when I check out (either through check out or through get>check out) the same file in Vault and open it afterwards, I do not get this prompt and I have to sync the properties manually.
