It would be nice to have some more advanced possibilities:
- The person who changed to the current state, can not change to the next.
Example: The person who will change from "Review" to "Released", cannot be the same person who changed from "Work In Progress" to "Review"
- A specific state change can only be done by two or more people. So, only when two (or if preferred more) users have changed the state to "Released", the state will really be changed to "Released".
