Hi There
We use Vault 2015 in combination with Business Dynamics Nav 2009 ERP. We have in the past (Vault 2013) run a script to create a URL for each drawing in our ERP system, and we have stored that URL. This allows us to launch the web browser and to open the requested drawing directly. In 2015 it seems we can no longer do this as the URL seems to have encoding built into it. Is there a way around this as we feel an integreated approach with low level users is better than allowing Web Access.
Thanks in advance

I have a client that recently upgraded to VP2015. They have noticed that the new thin client no longer shows a useful URL when viewing a vault DWF, like it did in 2013. This client would like to embed the URL of a drawing file into a Word doc, so that users can follow the link, which would open the thin client, and display the drawing. Is there a way to capture the URL of a file through the thin client?
Thanks,
Mark
