check in same name of email with same name of dwg file

Hi, 

  when we check in email to vault, it will add date tim stamp to the file name, like Email_Subject_(mdyyyy hh-mm-ss AM/PM), so same name email will not be a concertn. if there are attachment in the email, attachment will rename as Email_Subject_Attachment_Filename. but there is no date time stamp, so it could be a chance, same name of email with same name of dwg file attachment will be a problem.

  How I should handle this case?

  I just thought one, check different folder, rename there, and move back. I did not give the adm permission out so only admin will have to do this.
