Trying to release a drawing that has a bitmap attached to it, went to the bitmap and set it to released. Now when I try to release drawings I can't unless I log in as Admin, set the drawing to quickchange, and then release the files together.
Hotfix DL18678864 has already been applied, so what am I missing.
