Windows user can not create Vault project

Hi

I have problem to create an IPJ vault project file.

When I create a Vault project file, I don't have the Vault butttons (stay grayed out).

In the project dialog box it shows ''Type = Vault'' but I dont have any Vault functions.

My EDM Addin is automaticaly loaded and the DLL is pointing at the good place.

I think there is issue with my Windows user because when I'm logged with another user it works fine.

Is anyone had ever seen something like this???

Thanks

There actually two addins need to connect to the Vault.  One is the EDM Addin and there is an Inventor Vault.  Are both of those Loaded?

A few years back, the Inventor Vault addin would have issues where is would unload itself.  I thought there was an Inventor or a Vault Service Pack that fixed it.Prior to the Service Pack, you could get the Vault functions back by unloading and reloading the addin.

Hope this helps,

Steve

Another thing to look for.... Sometimes there are actually two EDM add-ins (under the Hidden Context menu).  One will have the path of "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2015\Bin\Connectivity.InventorAddin.EdmAddin.dll" which is the one you want.

There may be another listed with the path of just "mscoree.dll".  This one should be unloaded.

If you have both of them loaded, it will confuse the addin and Vault will not show on the menu.
