I am just curious about this issue.
The issue is about the Vault thin client not working with the WIFI connection (shows "can't load the page") but its working well when I switched to the Ethernet cable.
WIFI also falls under the office domain network only, I can also access the shared folder drives with the help of WIFI.
Similarly, When I am trying to use the Vault mobile app on my phone with the WIFI connection, the same problem occurs. But I can access the shared folder drives in my mobile as well.
Is there any additional network setup or network requirements needed for WIFI? Or please provide your feedback to overcome this issue.
