Vault State Change not working as expected

Vault Professional 2026.2.1

I am trying to setup criteria for a state change. One of the criteria is that the model and/or drawing should not contain any remarks.
To my understanding i could just add this criteria to the specific state change and this would restrict the change, but i don't get it to work. Even though i added the criteria, all users with the state change permission can still change the state to the intended blocked state.

I verified the property (Has Markup (Historical)) in Vault is set to "True" before attempting the state change.

Edit: I also verified if it has to do with my administrator role. If i log into a "normal" profile, it is still allowing me to transition to the next state.

@Kevin_Vuist

You are on Vault 2026.2, not 2026.2.1. That update is not out yet.

However, your configuration is correct, and it is not working. I have reproduced this.

Please create a support ticket so we can review it.
