Vault SQL server file allocation size

Hi,
I'm looking to build a 2021 Vault Pro server and was wondering about the file allocation unit size during the disc's formatting. I've read that it's best practice for the data and log databases, that the discs used for storing the data have a file allocation size of 64KB as opposed to the default 4KB for NTFS when using a MS SQL server.
Ultimately, I'm looking to decrease how long it takes my users to get and put data onto the Vault server. Along with hardware optimizations, would formatting the drives the data and log databases reside on at 64KB file allocation unit size as opposed to 4KB prove beneficial?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
