Vault server and Infrastructure

Hi all

what kind a infrastructure i need to apply if i made a Vault server, with a file storage with 700gb, and made accessible to other locations around the world?

I need to think in files with 500Mb at max, images, videos, project files, all kind a documentation file, and thinking in 100 simultaneous access.

Like, precessors, memory, internet speed, LAN.
