Vault remove the file properties while editing

Hi All,

I have an issue with the Vault. I sent the file to the Vault folder, the file properties are set in the Autocad:

like the example above,

but in Vault when I do "Edit Selected property" it removes all of them

To restore them I have to open the file (Check Out) and reapply the properties.

What could be the issue? It was working fine in 2021 versions...

I have Autocad 2023.1 Vault 2023.4 Build 28.4.20.0

Many thanks for the help.

Can you show us screenshot of the mapping settings for one of these properties?

As an example

So you have a two-way mapping on two autocad properties. I have also done this with lass than desired results...

Vault probably gets confused here..

I suggest you play with this, and only write to (vault->file) on ONE property.

Alternatively read (file->vault) for only one.

ordering of the properties may also be important.

Sorry for no definitive suggestion, but I am pretty sure this double mapping somehow is to blame.

yes, I'm sure. Check-in from AutoCAD restore the values

Yes, that was the solution. However, it was a global Vault setting for the whole company and was not working only for me, so it seems the issue is more profound. But for now, it is working what I need to do

Thanks!!
