Vault Project Sync ACC/BIM360

I am testing the Feature - Project Sync for synchronize the files from Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC /BIM360).

It seems that when I delete a file on ACC, the changes are not reflected in Vault. This could be a limitation of the Project Sync function or possibly a bug. All the files can be downloaded from ACC and versioning is maintained, but the deletion of files does not seem to be synchronized with Vault. It would be helpful to investigate further to understand if this is a limitation of the Project Sync function or if it is a bug that needs to be addressed.

Yes it does look like a limitation:

"If bi-directional sync is defined for a cloud drive mapping, any changes to the data in the vault are updated to the cloud drive first. After changes have been updated from Vault to the cloud drive, any remaining changes on the cloud drive are updated to Vault."

So that probably means the differences are sent from Vault to ACC first then any deletion in ACC is re-filled with a Vault copy before sending changes to Vault. It's not the only limitation... the filtering also only works one way, so I personally believe the project sync tool works well as a beta and proof-of-concept, but a custom plugin might be necessary for more serious processes (for ex., using Autodesk 360 Manage as in-betweener).
