Vault professional 2024 can not check out

Hi Everyone,

I am facing a problem with vault professional 2024, the user can not check out assembly file.

as an administrator I also unable to remove reservation,

and this file check out by is blank.  but I guess that this user may still have the file checkout.

however he is also unable check in, or undo check out.

if anyone has encountered this situation, could you share how you solved it?

additionally, does anyone know How can I use Sql server to query who is holding the checkout?

How old is this file?

Can you show the image of the file grid that shows the file is checked out in the Vault client?

Hi Irvin Hayes,

the file is checked out one month ago,

I thought we are working with 4 replication sites, maybe the replication is not completed between site and host.

 the meta data different between host and site. I thought,  and now after we upgrade from Vault professional 2024  to 2026.

it's gone, file can check out, but we are facing other problems  some files are missing on filestore.  but this ticket is closed.
