Vault Professional 2023 Crashes when viewing 3D files with Autodesk Viewer (Forge)

In Vault Professional 2023, I am trying to view 3D files (DWFX/DWF) using inbuilt Autodesk Viewer (Forge), But it crashes.

I have installed the Vault 2023.1 Update(Client), but the issue still persists.

Note: 2D files (DWG) are opening in the viewer (Forge and Design Review)

Step 1:

Step 2: Select DWF/DWFx file and Go to View tab. Click on the Version and it tries to open in Autodesk Forge viewer and then crash.

Thanks,

Can you share one of your DWF files that crash?

Hi Irvin Hayes Jr / Chris Benner,

Primary admin can't also see the option to create ticket. Can you please tell me where we can configure the permission for raising ticket?
