Vault Professional 2023 - Copy Design Part Number Update

Hi,

I'm currently using Vault Professional 2023. When executing a copy design the part number doesn't automatic update and match the file name. Also on the numbering panel it doesn't allow me to edit the Part Number.

Is there a setting that needs to be checked to allow this?

You need to review the Rule Set you are using. 

Does it have this behavior?

The rule set had been changed. I've changed it back to snippet above and it now works.
