Vault Office 2022.3.2 - GET command is still grey

Hi.

We are running Vault Office Client 2022.3.2, and we still have the problem.

This problem is only affecting the Vault Office client.

Anyone been able to solve the problem?

Vault Office will not allow you to Get/Download CAD design files. That is the normal behavior, not a problem. You must use Vault Professional to connect to the same server and be able to download/Get those.

@Gabriel_Watson is correct. If you want to open the Inventor files with Vault Office, you need to use the View in Window command.
