Vault keeps replacing the files on my local drive with old versions - Vault Basic 2023

In the following scenario I updated a part 01-1020.ipt saved it and checked it in. Some time past i opened the assembly where the part is used and the old version of the part is loaded.

I made the change, I uploaded it but for some reason an old version replaces the updated part and i need to refresh it.

we use Vault basis 2023

Clear your workspace of all files.

Perform a Get on the assembly that uses the part.

How are you opening or getting the assembly from Vault?

What version of the part is downloaded?
