Vault browser window - Controlled by change order

Hi Guys,

We are using inventor & vault pro 2024.3.1 

In the inventor vault browser window we can choose properties to see what is going on in vault.

The controlled by change order doesn't work.

In the attached screen shot I opened the part directly from vault off a change order, yet it says false.

any ideas how to get this working?

Did you open the file from the "Records" tab or the "Files" tab of the CO? The "Records" tab has the files that will be under control of the CO. These are also listed in the "Files" tab. However, other files can be added to here as a reference and they will not be controlled by the CO.

Yes opened from the records tab.

Controlled by Change order shows as "False"

Should be "True"

Doesn.t matter now I am using Change order State and State which is clearer than true & false.
