Vault Basic - Encountering Temp ipj's Being Created

We have had this instance happen a number of times and I thought I'd post this to get a preventative to the problem.

It appears that this occurs after executing a Copy Design.  Although we are all using a default (common) ipj for Vault, we have run into the instance as shown in this snip.

The main questions are how does this occur and what settings may be required to be changed, so this doesn't happen.  Any input or explanations regarding this situation would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hello!  Do you ever open Inventor files from Windows Explorer?  I have seen this happen when doing that.

Everything is opened through Vault.  I asked the user to show me the steps they are taking, just in case it was something obvious.  We are only using Basic, yet did recently get the green light to upgrade to Vault Pro in 2023.

I just gave the suggestion to the user and they mentioned that they do utilize the "View In Window".  We're going to go forward without using that and see if it stops the issues we'd been seeing.  Thank you (again).
