based on the picture you are trying to install Vault Basic client, which requires that a CAD application ( Inventor, AutoCAD,... ) is already installed on the same computer. If it can not find one, an error message is shown.
Vault Basic Client is actually a client application for Vault Basic Server which you can also download from Autodesk account and can be installed on computers without CAD applications - servers,...
