Vault 2022.3 - new Autodesk Viewer and Windows 11 can't view files anymore...White Screen

Gang...have a Windows 11 machine running Thick Client 2022.3 and all was working fine. Now halfway thru the day, anytime we attempt to view an idw or model. They viewer comes as just a white screen. If we switch back to Design Review, it works as expected.

Did a repair on the Client, but still same issue.

Other machines are fine.

Thoughts?

We don't support Vault 2022 on Windows 11.

I kind of suspected that would be the answer.

But, we can't upgrade to 2023 because of the slow item update (patch coming soon someone on your team told me) and we are being forced by IT to go to Windows 11.

All was good until a few hours ago.

So, went back and looked at a couple other workstations running Windows 11. The viewer quit working on those too. Several were immediately after installing, we had to switch back to Design Review. The other couple worked for awhile (about a month) then all of a sudden shows a white screen when attempting to view thru new Autodesk Viewer.

So, appears there's a Windows update or something that might be causing the issue.

We will just deal with it until we get VP2023 going.

So, still experiencing issues, VP2023.2, Windows 11 and Forge Viewer. Will work most of time and then all of a sudden it quits. Get a white screen when attempting to view a file. Only way that we can fix is to keep rebooting a machine until it works. Some machines are worse than others. Appears to be a bug with Windows 11 on some machines.

My machine has no problems. It's running Windows 11.

Problem does not exist at all on Windows 10 machines.
