Update about Inventor instance properties being overwritten in Vault Item BOM (Incident ID 43326)

Hello,

Is there any update on the issue where Assign/Update Item overrides instance properties from Inventor (recorded as incident ID 43326 at Autodesk)?

When looking at the Vault API and retrieving the BOM object for a file with instance properties (which is just checked in from Inventor), you can find the instance property under the 'InstPropArray' property.

But after a synchronize property action, that property is set to nothing.

Making this functionality practically useless.

Our update to 2027 is not scheduled until the end of this year.

Ok that's too bad...

I do have a work around in place already, but it's not that pretty 🙈.
