I am trying to transfer our custom content center library, (along with some other 3rd party ones), but Inventor won't let me copy it to a desktop version.

Main reason is to have a backup on my local PC.

I did try it with my account and the administrator account. No success with neither.

Never seen just that one. Be sure to have Inventor, Vault client and Vault server at the same release, e g 2024, and the libraries updated.

Do try with another client computer to see the outcome there.

All the same version Vault & Inventor

Libraries are updated

Same on another workstation

And the service pack level of vault server and client is the same?

Seems like an IIS error. Try restarting just IIS or the whole vault server.

Versions are the same. Restarting the server does not solve this. I had this issue before when I was trying the same a year ago. In the meantime we continue working with the CC, but as the Vault upgrades went by, I tried it again now, but still an error...

You could possibly get someone to try it on a different server. Add the library, then convert to desktop and see if that works.
It would be worth a test to create a new Vault CC library and see if that can be converted to desktop, to see if the issue is with the database or server.
