Some replicated folders are not visible on subscriber

We are facing the problem now.

We need only some folders to be replicated to particular workgroup.

In publisher's console those folders are thicked but some of them are not present (visible) for users of subscriber (while other folders are visible/available).

What might be wrong?

PS: Subject wiki-help page (http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Vault/enu/Help/Help/0170-Administ170/0171-Vault_Se171/0193-Manage_R193) is too poor to be guide for issue resolution.

In fact everything is OK with replication. The problem was in security settings of the folders.
