select and modify pre-defined items from an external list

I would like to select a bunch of drawings (~50x) ( goal is : change their state, modify their proprietes and release them)

I would like to know if it would be possible to select them base on a external list listing their name for exemple? Or any other possibility ?

No, that is not possible.

You can select them if you run a search that might bring them all up.
