Hi all,
I know this topic was handled before:
but my problem seems to seek for a different solution:
My Revit Indexing service seems to be properly installed and is of course activated, but during the Indexing run, I can see the following errors in the FileStore logs:
Warning: Deep Indexing of 'M_WT-Tragwerk T-Profil-Schnitt.rfa' (ResourceId: 30473) failed.
Exception: Unable to initialize the Dynamo Helper Service. Make sure the Revit Core Engine integration is installed.
The Dynamo Helper Service is running and actually creates some CPU load during the run, but the result is still the same:
Can't load families from Vault and also the categories are missing 😞
Anyone an idea?
I'm sitting on this problem for more than 2 days now 😞
Thanks in advance!
Martin
Did you ever get a response for this from anyone?
I've got Revit Plugin installed
The service is running, indexing option is checked, I've waited 20 minutes!
I got it working once but was not sure what I did to manage it, and now I can't repeat that success.
Hello James,
sorry for the late answer.
well I got this pushed to EPS the time it happened, but they couldn't give me a solution either.
The error appeared for me when I used a Win 7 test system that had installed a Vault 2015 ADMS before. I can only guess the registration of the Revit 2016 plugin failed at some point.
When I installed Vault 2016 on a fresh Server 2012R2 I didn't have any issues about deep indexing anymore.
Did you have a check at the ADMS logs if Deep Indexing just didn't start or if it failed like in my case?

We meet same problem.
we had enable the Revit index and add those files to Vault again, but still failed to load . we are using Vault Professional 2016.
And can't set it in Vault option's search tab too.
Gengyun
is the Revit interoperability installad ?
I know that Autodesk solve it for 2017 whith a Servicepack. I don´t know if that in 2016 solved.
The Problem is come when the SQL Server is on a seperat Station.
