Hello,

When we try to run batch printing of a DWG file on a one computer with the Vault Workgroup 2016 client installed, the following message is displayed:
"Library doesn't exist" and then "Catastrofic Error. (Exception HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))".
The attempt to reinstall the Vault Workgroup client did not give any improvement.
How to resolve this error?

Regards

Fabian

Hi, Fabian,

Please try if you can open the DWG in the native application (This sounds like Inventor DWG) and see if there is any error. Also, post the screen snapshot of the error that would be helpful to analyse this further.

Madhan

Hi Madhan,

Yes, the DWG files can be opened in native application. After checking the system requirements, it turned out that Windows 10 is installed on this workstation, which is not supported by Vault Workgroup 2016. It may be a source of problems - there are Windows 7 on the other workstations and everything works correctly. We will probably replace the computer with a Windows 7 machine. For now, we can close this thread.

Regards,

Fabian
