Project Folder Mapping Library

I'm trying to create a parts library in our Vault but am unable to map the library in the project we are working on. The image below shows what I get when I'm mapping folders. 

Is there a setting that I'm missing with the library? I've seen pictures of there being a library option available but it's not for me.

You need to edit your IPJ and add the library paths into the library folders in the IPJ, after you've done that it'll show them in that dialog for Vault folder mapping.

I have tried editing the library section but I don't know where to locate the vault library. Also when I close the library window I get the next warning saying that including a library will change it to a single user project.
