We're having a problem creating Vault accounts with windows authentication.
I am able to find the person when selecting a user (first img) but when pressing OK the "add authentication account" screen just shows a blinking red exclamation mark stating"add username (second img). We used to be able to do this and I am not sure why we currently can't.
- All account/machine combos seem to suffer the same issue although there was a brief period where one machine-account combo worked on a fresh install (both windows and Vault).
- Existing windows authenticated account work just fine
- Vault version 2023
I can't find any similar problem on the forums and any help on where to look is welcome.
