.PDF publish will not mimic Vault folder structure

I am in the process of setting up our Job Processor to automatically publish .PDF files to a specified network location.

The issue that I am having is that I can not get that specific location to mimic the Vault folder structure. Below are snips of my settings, and below those you will see a snip of the folder where the .PDF files are being saved, with no Vault file structure:

Hello,

In PDF Options, select 'Upload to Source File Location' option.

'Duplicate folder structure' option kicks in based on the vault path where Pdf is created and uploaded in PDF publish options.

Will that option not also save a .PDF into the Vault?

Hello,

Pdf is always created/uploaded in Vault, irrespective of 'PDF Publish location' setting for Pdf publishing outside Vault.

The pdf publish outside vault is in addition to the vault pdf create/update.

Is there a way to NOT have the .PDF automatically saved to Vault? My reason for this is so that any personnel who need to view any of our generated .PDF files can do so without needing to access Vault, and I would like for no .PDF files to be saved to Vault and increasing the file count therein.

Hello,

No, sorry currently PDF publishing donot support what you are looking for.

You could place the PDF files in one folder in vault and periodically delete the same if you dont need them.
