Not sure which folder is the working folder setup for vault

I set my default working folder to be C:/$Working Folder

I can't add my project file to that folder without getting an error so I have the project file at C:/$Working Folder/WORKSPACE

So what's happening is I keep saving parts into what I think is the right folders but I get all manner of strangeness, WORKSPACE folder gets created and in a different folder each time. 

My file structure is WORKSPACE/COMPONENTS but this only works smoothly when I add items to $Working Folder/COMPONENTS.  They'll get placed into Vault as WORKSPACE/COMPONENTS. 

This is different for other users who will wind up creating WORKSPACE/WORKSPACE/COMPONENTS when they try. 

I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong or even really what to ask.

I might recommend not using the "$" in your working folder name, it could confuse people since Vault uses this character for the top level of the Vault Explorer in Client.

In your images, I see your Project File directly beneath the $Working Folder.  Do you have it in both locations?
