Hello Everyone,

When selecting Open from Vault, an Microsoft ,NET Framework error dialog appears.

After selecting Continue, the Select File From Vault dialog appears, but is not populated.

Selecting the first Open button causes it to vanish. Starting the whole process causes the last dialog to appear, but the first three columns' icons are not visible.

Any help would be appreciated. This is occurring on Inventor Professional 2022.3 connected to Autodesk Vault Professional 2022.3, everything was installed using the https://manage.autodesk.com/products/deployments.

Thank you,
Bryan

Thanks,
Bryan

@Bryan-Kelley . Exit Inventor and Rename this this folder "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Inventor 2023 Vault Addin" and then try.

Hi Senthil,

No, that didn't work.  I renamed

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Inventor 2022 Vault Addin

to

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\-Inventor 2022 Vault Addin

Then started Autodesk Vault Professional 2022.3 Client, and then started Autodesk Inventor Professional 2022.3.  I selected File, Open, selected the [Open from Vault button] Browse to a file in the Vault and open it, but still receive this dialog, and the resulting dialogs afterwards.

@Bryan-Kelley  Thanks for trying and also the entire message. I see that you also logged a support case.

Here is another advice from Team to try

Please check the version of C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\VaultInventor2022.bundle\Contents\Autodesk.DataManagement.Client.Framework.Vault.dll. I suspect it's not updated in somehow. Copying the one from Vault Client Explorer folder might resolve it.

Can you please try this and let us know? We suspect you might have added some extra column (a Property?) that is causing this issue. Thanks.

Hi Senthil,

Well, working with Bob Holland yesterday worked on my system, but there are more than a few at this site...  I tried the same process listed within the Case ID on two systems but it did not work.  I've attached a Word docx of the five panels of Autodesk.DataManagement.Client.Framework.Vault.dll from my 2022.3 install.  Rolling back the Factory Design Utilities to 2022.1.1 worked on my machine, but not the others.

Thanks,

Bryan

Thanks,
Bryan
