Load Family in Revit 2016 from Vault 2016

there the button "Load" is disabled, and i have checked the log in Vault console, that it prompted that create the deep index of **.rfa failed, and check the revit core engine integration is installed.

 

so i want to know what means the revit core engine integration?

here is the file, and the family named "固定.rfa" which is the general window family in chinese. thanks for you help.

You may have Vault Basic and Vault Professional install. Uninstall Basic and launch Revit again.

 

Note: The Revit Core Ingine Integration is referring to the vault plug-in which it's looking for... This is why I believe you have Vault Basic Client and Professional Client installed on the machine.

hi , i did not install any client except the pro client, as the picture attached. so is there any product impact?

there issue is not happened when load family into Revit from Vault, but happened in Redo the Revit Indexing. And the Vault console log file is attached.
