Job Processor error on 2020, can't log out?

Good morning.

 

I don't use the Job Processor, but for purposes of testing something I opened it in 2020 this morning for the first time.  It logged in with Windows authentication, but now I get this error, and I can't do anything.  I'd love to just log out and try it again, but that doesn't seem to be an option.  Closing the JP and re-opening just logs it right back in automatically.  How can I force this to log out?

@JamesMcMullen  any ideas?

Hello,

 

You can 'Pause' the job processor (command in file menu), and then change user settings or server etc using 'Settings' command under 'Administration' menu.

Then resume the job processor, using File menu command.

Hello @cbenner ,

 

Yes, the job professor is different in that sense. It's a tool that runs in background, with config settings to schedule it's duration and few other things. Also supposed to be run without interruption, which probably is the rationale to pause and change settings once it's already up and running.
